Every Heavenly Khaos custom piece is made specifically for you. Please review all names, dates, spelling, and customization details carefully before submitting your order.
Customer Approval
If a design proof is provided, engraving will not begin until the proof has been approved. Once approved, the design is considered final.
Spelling & Information
Customers are responsible for verifying all information submitted with their order. Heavenly Khaos is not responsible for errors contained in customer-submitted or customer-approved information.
Production Time
Custom engraving requires additional production time. Estimated processing times are shown on the product page and do not include shipping time.
Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. Once engraving or production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Returns & Replacements
Because personalized products are made specifically for you, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged for preference changes or customer-submitted errors. If Heavenly Khaos makes an engraving error or your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we'll work to make it right.
